DESCRIPTION
The house was built in 1939 and has earlier been a place for the family.
In 2005 the house was renovated in a style typical of the period when it
was built. The location is peaceful and calm. The nearest neighbour is
70m in the forest on the opposite side of the road. You have your
private path to the lake with the bath place and the boat-house. The
kitchen and one of the bed- rooms in the upper floor looks on the
lake. Towards south is a paved terrace with the view of the lake and the surrounding
meadows. Grill and garden furniture and garden umbrella on the terrace.
STANDARD
Living space: 80m² 2 floors
Bottom floor: Hall, kitchen, small bedroom, living room
Upper floor: Hall, 2 bedrooms, toilet and shower in one of the
bedrooms.
All rooms have electric heating in case of cold weather.

Bedrooms: 2 beds (90cm width) in each room - can be used as
single or put together as a double bed. In the small room on first floor
there is a single 80cm bed. To protect from mosquitoes when windows are
open, there are net windows available for the bedrooms.
The bedrooms have windows in east and west and dark blinders to protect
for the light.
The small bedroom on first floor has window to south.

DESCRIPTION
A family built the
house in 1960 to be used as a summer holiday house. It was renovated in
2005 and was sold to Alorent in 2006. The house stand isolated on high
ground on a woodland plot. You can enjoy nature and the view of the lake
from the terrace. Garden furniture, garden umbrella and grill are
available. 100m distance to nearest neighbour hidden by forest. A narrow
path takes you to the lake (70m) with the bath place and the boat-house.

Kitchen, big living room with log-fire stove, 2 smaller and 1 bigger
bedroom and shower room.
In case of cold weather the house can be heated by heat pump. There is
also electric heaters in the kitchen and a mobile electric heater. Logs
for the fire are included.

Kitchen: sink, fridge and freezer, cooker with oven, kitchen fan,
toaster, coffee maker and micro wave oven.
Bedrooms: All beds are 90 cm width. Two bedrooms with one bed each. One bedroom with two single beds. One additional bed can be arranged for a smaller child.
